More on the artists:

Peg and Frank Biscotti, jewelry designers: Peg Biscotti works with Frank Biscotti to create handmade, quality jewelry. They design necklaces, bracelets, and earrings from a variety of semi-precious stones such as lapis, garnet, jade, amethyst, cultured pearls, and jasper.

Janet McKinstry, textile artist and author: With her unique background in art from The Fashion Institute of Technology with a Master’s of Divinity degree from Andover Newton Theological School, Janet makes her creations filled with life and character. Creating art is an evolving process and no two of her creations are the same.

Stephanie AbramsStephanie Abrams, travel writer: Stephanie Abrams is a nationally syndicated radio travel talk show host and writer. Her first novel Rumors, while a work of fiction, presents characters and events inspired by her world travels and observations of life’s experiences, which create believable people and incidents with unexpected twists and turns. The quiet lives of ordinary people are thrown into chaos that all begins with rumors.

Riverbrook-On-Main, artisans: Riverbrook-On-Main is a vocational day program for Riverbrook Residence, a home for individuals with developmental disabilities. A part of this program gives Riverbrook women the opportunity to learn helpful occupational skills including: computer skills, money skills, check writing, banking and purchasing. Additionally, Riverbrook also encourages these women to express their creative side by making handmade crafts and unique art pieces. They create items such as lavender sachets, coasters, trivets, and dishtowels, all of which we sell in The Red Lion Inn Gift Shop.

Stephen Donaldson, photographer: Stephen Donaldson’s photographs have appeared in a wide variety of publications, books, calendars, annual reports and other media, and he continues to travel to remote areas of the world to shoot stock and high quality editorial images of the world’s exotic far reaches. His recent book The Berkshires contains images off the landscape, the towns and villages, and the people and places of Berkshire County.
