(NORTH ADAMS, Mass.) – Once again indie-rock group Wilco headlines the Solid Sound Festival, which takes place at MASS MoCA on Friday, June 26, to Sunday, June 28, 2015. Among the two-dozen-plus other acts that Wilco has chosen to perform are folk-rock singer-songwriter Richard Thompson, Afrobeat stars King Sunny Ade & his African Beats, downtown-rockers Cibo Matto, jazz legend Charles Lloyd, avant-guitarist Bill Frisell, roots-rockers the Felice Brothers, world-blues legend Taj Mahal, and quirky rock outfit NRBQ.

In addition, the festival will include performances by numerous spinoff bands of Wilco, including Autumn Defense, Glenn Kotche + Jeffrey Zeigler, Mikael Jorgensen (also performing with Quindar), Stained Radiance: Nels Cline + Norton Wisdom, and Tweedy, featuring Wilco frontman Jeff Tweedy and his son, Spencer Tweedy, on drums.

More to come…
