(AMHERST, Mass.) – The Yiddish Book Center presents In the Kitchen with Joan Nathan on Sunday, December 4, 2011, from 9:30 am to 4 pm. This one-day program will include a hands-on cooking class with acclaimed cookbook author Joan Nathan, a catered lunch, an afternoon discussion and Q&A with Nathan, and a booksigning. Advance registration is required as space is limited.
Joan Nathan is the author of ten cookbooks, including the recently published Quiches, Kugels and Couscous: My Search for Jewish Cooking in France. She is a regular contributor to the New York Times, Food Arts Magazine, and Tablet Magazine, among other publications.
