(PITTSFIELD, Mass.) – Linda Lavin, Tonya Pinkins, Ann Hampton Callaway, Liz Callaway, Joe Iconis, Chris Miller and Nathan Tysen are among the stars of Broadway and cabaret slated to appear in the 2013 Concert and Mr. Finn’s Cabaret series at Barrington Stage Company.
Linda Lavin will star in Possibilities with Billy Stritch on piano on the Boyd-Quinson Mainstage on July 8, 2013, at 8pm.
Mr. Finn’s Cabaret will mark its second summer with a new expanded cabaret series at the Sydelle and Lee Blatt Performing Arts Center, 36 Linden Street. Among the performances slated for the series are We Made That: The Songs of Miller & Tysen (June 1 at 9:30pm & June 2 at 8pm), described as equal parts James Taylor and Stephen Sondheim.
Tonya Pinkins will appear in Hurricane Ethel: The Life and Times of Ethel Waters, on June 8 at 9:30pm & June 9 at 8pm. Paul Green and the Jewish Jazz Project will perform traditional klezmer favorites and Jewish jazz fusion on June 30 & July 1 at 8pm.
Tony Award-winner Bill Finn hosts a showcase of talented, up-and-coming songwriters on July 6 at 9pm & July 7 at 8pm.
Sisters and Tony Award-nominated Broadway divas Liz Callaway and Ann Hampton Callaway put the revelry into rivalry in Sibling Revelry, an award-winning show of great songs and witty banter, on July 14 & 15 at 8pm.
