CHUCK PROPHET BRINGS ORIGINAL ROOTS-ROCK to HELSINKI
(HUDSON, N.Y.) – Chuck Prophet, one of contemporary rock’s greatest songwriters, brings his group, the Mission Express, to Club Helsinki Hudson on Saturday, August 10, at 9pm. Noir-rockabilly artist Sarah Borges will open the show. Both performers are favorites of Helsinki audiences, and are performing during the city’s all-encompassing Hudson Music Festival.

HUDSON to GET 3-DAY MUSIC FESTIVAL
(HUDSON, N.Y.) – The streets, alleys, parks, galleries, nightclubs and restaurants of Hudson will be pouring forth with music this weekend when the third annual Hudson Music Festival, featuring free performances throughout the city, takes place from Friday, August 9, through Sunday, August 11, 2013. The festival will showcase artists from around the region and beyond, representing all styles of music including R&B, jazz, blues, folk, and world-beat.
