SINGER/SLAM POET AJA MONET to PERFORM at MASS MoCA
(NORTH ADAMS, Mass,) – Singer and spoken-word artist Aja Monet, the youngest individual ever to win New York City’s famed Nuyorican Poets Café Grand Slam Champion title, will perform in Club B-10 at MASS MoCA on Saturday, November 15, at 8pm.

HISTORICAL ARTIST MORT KÜNSTLER at ROCKWELL MUSEUM
(STOCKBRIDGE, Mass.) – Mort Künstler: The Art of Adventure, an exhibition that explores Mort Künstler’s vast and highly regarded body of work as an illustrator and historical painter, will be on view at the Norman Rockwell Museum from November 8 through March 8, 2015. An opening reception will be held at the museum on Saturday, November 15, from 6 to 8:30 pm.
PURE PRAIRIE LEAGUE BRINGS COUNTRY-ROCK to the COLONIAL
(PITTSFIELD, Mass.) – The current touring lineup of country-rock outfit Pure Prairie League will bring its peaceful, easy feeling to the Colonial on Saturday, November 15, at 8pm. Best known for the band’s 1973 hit, “Amie,” the group personified the soft-rock sound of the early 1970s.

CRESCENDO CELEBRATES 10TH ANNIVERSARY with WORKS by BACH AND ZIPOLI
(GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass., and LAKEVILLE, Conn.) – Works by Johann Sebastian Bach and Domenico Zipoli will be presented by Crescendo, featuring the Crescendo Chorus and the Crescendo Period Instrument Orchestra, including several Andean instruments will be joined by guest soloists Julianne Baird, soprano, Nicholas Tamagna, countertenor, and Pablo Bustos, tenor, at the First Congregational Church (251 Main St.) in Great Barrington on Saturday, November 15, at 6 pm, and at Trinity Church (484 Lime Rock Rd.) in Lakeville on Sunday, November 16, at 4 pm.
