One-Woman Show Gets One-Night Run at Stageworks/Hudson

Fiery Sword poster image (HUDSON, N.Y.) – “The Fiery Sword of Justice,” a one-woman show written and performed by Lauren Letellier, will be performed at Stageworks/Hudson on Friday, June 12, 2015, at 8pm. The work is described as “a comedic, cautionary tale about a high powered public relations executive whose compulsive truth-telling torpedoes her career.”

“The Fiery Sword of Justice” played to sold-out houses at the 2014 NY International Fringe Festival, where critics called it “bold, funny, wise and brave,” “wicked, sharp and funny” and “a story rich with heartache, humor, corruption and the longing for the truths in life.”

Author and actor Lauren Letellier is a writer, storyteller, solo performer and voice-over artist. She spent 25 years as an award-winning public relations executive at global PR and marketing communications agencies in New York City before relocating to Hillsdale, N.Y., in 2014. The Fiery Sword of Justice was originally developed in Matt Hoverman’s Go-Solo Workshop.
