(WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass.) – Maura Tierney (ER; Some Girl(s)) and Steven Weber (Brothers and Sisters; Design for Living at WTF) will star as Barbara and Kenneth Hoyle in Jon Robin Baitz’s Three Hotels, the first Main Stage production of the Williamstown Theater Festival’s 2011 season (June 29 – July 24, 2011), the company’s 57th season and the first under artistic director Jenny Gersten.
Richard Easton (Noises Off; Home at WTF) as Sir Charles/Diggory, Holley Fain (Gossip Girl) as Miss Neville, and Jeremy Webb (The Glorious Ones) as George Hastings join the cast of Oliver Goldsmith’s She Stoops to Conquer, alongside the previously announced Brooks Ashmanskas, Kristine Nielsen, Jon Patrick Walker, and Paxton Whitehead. Nicholas Martin directs the production, which plays July 27 – August 7, 2011.
”]Diana DiMarzio (Sweeney Todd) as Miss Jones Four, Donna McKechnie (A Chorus Line; The Threepenny Opera at WTF) as Miss Jones Five, and Jessica Wright (Sweeney Todd; Company) as Miss Jones Three join the final Main Stage production of the season in Ten Cents a Dance, John Doyle’s celebration of the songs of Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart. They join the previously announced Malcolm Gets, Lauren Molina, and Jane Pfitsch in the show, which plays August 11 – August 28, 2011.
These shows join the previously announced Nikos Stage productions, which include the David Cromer-directed production of A Streetcar Named Desire, Lewis Black’s One Slight Hitch, the Sam Gold-directed A Doll’s House, Bess Wohl’s Touch(ed), and The Civilians’ original work, You Better Sit Down: tales from my parents’ divorce. The Nikos Stage season begins June 22, 2011 and continues through August 21, 2011.
